Painting

Today I had a sudden urge to paint one of our armoires. So I did. I went out in the garage and found some white paint. And I’m now in the process of painting the light wood stain to white. I had this urge because this past weekend I went through the armoire, which holds some of my clothes, and proceeded to fill up three large garbage bags of unwanted/unused clothes. They are ready to be taken to Goodwill. It was quite liberating. I’ve always been the type to hold onto clothes even if I hadn’t worn them for years. Not sure why. But I needed to make room. That’s what happens when you add another child to the family. Oh, and I also moved all my maternity clothes up to the attic eventhough I still wear a few pieces! A little trick I do to encourage weight loss.
