My neighbor just painted their front door a Robin’s egg blue, and I love driving past their house because it looks so cheerful. The front door seems to introduce the world to the people inside. I think if you are daring enough to paint your front door different from the classic green, red and black, you home should have neutral siding so colors don’t become overwhelming. If you want to change your siding or bring something new and fresh to your home exterior, you can contact a New Jersey vinyl siding contractor or a professional that is based in your local area.

I LOVE interesting front doors. My current house has custom stained glass sidelights and a center oval in shades of green on a mahogony door. My vacation house (in the south) is a sunny yellow with a blue door like the one in the first picture. I think you're right–people will immediately get an impression from the front door about the people who live behind that door!

I have bee struggling with which color to paint our front door on our new home. We have white siding with sandstone, navy blue shutters, and a blue roof. These are not colors I would have chosen, but I'm not changing them any time soon. Please let me know your thoughts!

Such colorful doors will never fail to bring smiles to whoever sees it. Aside from decorating your doors, giving it a vibrant color is more than enough to give it a unique appeal.

People who pass by these houses will definitely turn their heads because of the bright and wonderful front doors. The colors give a character not only to the door, but to the whole exterior as well. Painting your front door with a gleaming shade is one way to make your house an eye candy.

It's not only about the color, but of the design of the door as well. It's important to consider whether a sliding, hinged, or folding door can fit the design of your house. I'm sure passers-by will appreciate the curb appeal of your house when you've chosen the right sidings, windows, and doors. 🙂

Love these doors. Recently moved to Florida and painted the front door … I wanted coral, but it really looks very much like peach; not sure I love. The color of the house is somewhat like the green door in the middle photo at bottom. The trim is currently dark brown (which I’d like to change but need to wait a while). Any suggestions, or leave it peach???? Thanks.
