I’m going to start my marathon training next week. I’ve been running already at least three times a week, but now I’ve got to have a system and bump my miles up. I found a perfect resourceful website called Cool Running. There’s some helpful articles about nutrition, a training schedule, running events and links. Only 16 more weeks until race time!
