Farewell to our black truck! We sold it this morning and it has a lot of sentimental value to us. This was the first car that Seth and I brought together. We have lots of good memories, especially since this was the car we used before we had kids–lots of road trips, camping trips, a few Phish tours, Moab four-wheeling, snowboard trips, mountain biking trips, moving furniture, moving dirt/yard work, towing other cars and the list goes on. I drove this truck across the country when we moved back East. We would of kept this truck but it won’t pass emissions–such a useful, good truck to us. Good luck to it in Guatemala!

awww, why is it that vehicles have such sentimental value? what did you get to replace it?
Carolyn says
What is it with you and Aaron being attached to vehicles??? I say thanks a bunch truck. You were great. Here is a pat on the trunk from me, nice knowing you, but I’m moving on! So what replaced it, huh?

New stuff is always fun — blow the old one a kiss and fill us in on the new one.

we replaced the truck with a honda pilot. we still have my little honda civic, which Seth now drives. But the pilot is so nice–it fits 8 people and now when I go to costco I’m not piling food on the kids.
Spencer and Marleen says
I’ll take the Pilot any day over the truck that won’t pass emmisions. Goodbye truck, hello room in the back seat.
Kristi says
Yay for the Pilot! I’ll take two please 🙂
