I found this random picture of Stella and Seth and immediately thought how Stella is not a little toddler anymore but a little girl. I feel like every time I blink she grows in some way. I then thought how her and Seth have a special little bond–they even talk in a certain language or code and then laugh. I’m always going “what” or “I don’t get it”. They also have their certain things they do together like watch animal shows, go to the library, walk on the beach when it’s foggy, jump on the bed. When Stella was a wee-little baby, she loved to snuggle herself in a little ball and sleep on her Daddy’s chest. We thought this was the case for all children, until we had Lucas. Anyway, it’s been fun to watch their relationship grow.

Nothing like a really sweet dad/daughter friendship. I love seeing my daughter and her dad even now and now it’s sweet to see the grandpa/granddaughter relationship too. Good Dad relationships are so important.

That is such a sweet picture! There really is nothing quite like a father/daughter relationship! What a blessing they are so close. 🙂 You’re one lucky gal, Darleen.

I agree that there is a special little bond between daddies and their daughters. I see that with Matt and Ella as well…it just makes your heart melt.

I love how they have their own language for each other. I already feel Nora is a Daddy’s girl. I can’t believe Stella is seeming to no longer be a little toddler but that she is a little girl. Crazy how time flies.

There is nothing sweeter than the relationship between a dad and daughter. Oh, Jeremy needs a baby girl so bad! I love the bond that my dad and I had. He understands me in ways that nobody else does.
