A small pet peeve of mine is when the toilet paper roll is installed, in my opinion, the wrong way. I know that this is a sensitive topic for some (and for some, not an issue whatsoever), but the correct way is hanging the roll so the paper comes over the top of the roll. End of story. If I use your bathroom and this is not the case, I will change it.

Oooh, we have a brawl on our hands. I like it the other way. And I grumble when Kevin doesn’t pay attention and does it wrong, or in your case, right.

Agreed with you 100%. And I do the same thing — if I”m in a bathroom that it’s done the wrong way, I fix it!! (I’m sure they love me!)

If only everyone was as educated as you. In proper bathroom etiquette the roll will be placed as you say. That is why at hotels and places of accommodation you will see this. Also, it just so happens to be the most convenient way to get to the desired toilet paper. It also looks pleasing to the eye. The other way tends to look sloppy. Thank you for doing your part to help educate those who may not know.
