Seriously, I can’t handle the fact that gas is going up. It’s driving me crazy. If I did not have two kids, I’d be riding my bike everywhere. We are up to $4.30 here. Yikes! And I keep hearing that it’s going to double. Double!! I mean, this is ridiculous and something has to be done. Yesterday, I had to fill up. And every gas station I stopped at, I was like–there is no way I’m going to be paying that price. So I would drive to the next station. Well, I was not the only person doing this. There were two other cars behind me doing the same thing. We finally found a station that at $4.16. It seemed to satisfy me but not the other two cars. They drove off. I wonder if they found a cheaper station.
This Is Ridiculous!

What is our world coming to! Between gas prices and prices going up at the grocery store…I can’t sleep at night! Uuugghh! I never heard that gas prices are going to double, now I’m really going to be up all night!

Oh, I hear you. I put it off as long as I can — but it’s coming up again and I hate it. Literally prices have doubled since we moved here — and we aren’t as high as you are yet. We’re up in the $3.69 range now though. I wish I knew what the answer was.

I know! I took a picture of the gas station by our house on Monday b’c I couldn’t believe it – the regular gas was 4.25! But FYI there is another gas station right by our house that is 3.99 (that’s a little better I guess)

Don’t remind me. I’m almost on E and I refuse to fill up. Poor Noah is stuck in doors during the day if we venture out we keep it local or we go on 3-4 walks a day.

Gas prices are TOO expensive these days.I wish I could avoid using the car so we wouldn’t have to fill up but it is SO impossible.I wish there was a solution to the problem.

Hi Darleen, I love your blog, I check on it alot, but I too, am scared of the rising gas prices. I have been wondering how this is effecting others. The economy in general is freaking me out. I wonder what it will take to turn it around.

i know what you mean. Good thing we have a close grocery store. We are going to know the lady by the door really well when we walk to the grocery store to get groceries. Other than that maybe we will live in the backyard for the summer.
