Camille Kathleen Waite peacefully passed away in the arms of her parents and has returned to our father in Heaven. We were able to gather together today at her hospital bedside and say our last goodbyes…give her kisses…hold her hand…rub her cheeks…touch her hair…and feel her peaceful spirit in the room. We know she is well and happy. Although her life was short on earth, she has been a blessing to us all. And we know her life continues and is needed in the spirit world. She will truly be missed, and we look forward to the day we will see her again.
I have been impressed with the strength of Jonathan and Stephanie during this ordeal. They have relied heavily upon the power of the priesthood, pray and faith. And have been able to receive peace, comfort and love, and an understanding of God’s will. They are remarkable parents and ones that I have always admire. Their love for Camille is so strong that it could be felt. Please continue to pray for them that the comforter will be with them in the months ahead. And thank you for the concern, prays and love sent out. They have been felt.

Darleen, I have been so touched and sad about this experience your family is going through. Their faith is amazing. It has strengthened my faith and reminded me to rely upon the Lord. I started getting paranoid last night that I might lose one of my kids and then I remembered that I need to pray and read my scriptures. We shouldn’t live in fear. It takes faith to live each day and press forward. And then we will be able to accept our Heavenly Father’s plan for us. Thank you for sharing this information. I really have been touched. We are praying for your family.
Precious little girl. I am so saddened to her of your family’s lose and can’t understand the pain you must feel for losing her so young. I think you put it beautifully in that she was loved so dearly her on earth and that you are greatful for your time with her. Love to you and your family in this heartfelt time.

This has me with tears (it already has, actually) just knowing the pain that your family is dealing with. While it doesn’t take away the hurt you all have now, I know of the gratitude you have in knowing you will be with Camille again. We will continue to pray for you and your family.
