When I’m pregnant, my daily diet of eating healthy and watching my weight gets thrown out the door. Seriously. I’m such a salad eater, but once I’m pregnant I can barely look at a salad–instead pass me some greasy fries. No wonder I gain 50 lbs every time I get pregnant! Well, now I’ve got to start thinking and acting on getting back to a healthy way of eating, especially since I’m inching to get back into non-pregnancy clothes.
Don’t get me wrong I do love being pregnant, but few things make me as elated as what I feel when I can fit back into my old clothes. There is just no feeling like it; it’s almost as if you’re returning back to normality. Some people are lucky in that they can snap back into shape very quickly, but for some women, it takes them a bit longer to lose their pregnancy weight. My friend has even tried these hcg injections for sale to give her a helping hand in being able to get her old figure back at a quicker rate than what she would if she was doing it her way of eating healthy and exercising. I do have to say that she does look good, so it could be worth a try if I don’t fit into my non-pregnancy clothes as quickly as I would like.
Anyway, I’m excited for a new blog–Simply Healthful. My sister Marleen started the blog, which is hosted by different contributors about living a healthy way. It’s by no means a diet blog but focused on being healthy and eating healthy. I really like the post on establishing deadlines. And I’m going to take that advice and mark on my calendar my weight loss goal.
I am so opposite….I love greasy fries and have to stop myself from eating them all the time, but I get pregnant and eat salad like it is the…well, french fries! I eat so much that once the baby is born I can’t stand a salad for at least a month!

I am EXACTLY like that! My eating goes from healthy to craving FAT. (I always gain a ton too!)But, now for me with number three turning 6 months, I am getting a trainer for new years and hitting the gym stat cuz’ nuthin’ else is working! (and the HOLIDAYS are NOT helping.)=)
