You know the excitement of furnishing your first apartment or home? Once you get your OWN space, the blank palette is your opportunity to express your personal style. Or to some, it’s more a case of being able to turn an empty space into an inviting home. There really is something so special about taking your first step onto the real estate ladder. Whether you are investing in a turnkey property or an investment and renovation project, there are always some unique design touches that can turn a house into a home. Speaking of turnkey properties, if you are considering investing in a turnkey home, you might find some of the information on the Roofstock website helpful. Anyway, my girlfriend Libby just recently bought her first home, and I think she’s done a really good job decorating it. She’s expressed some of her personal style while matching it with functional furniture pieces. And if you’ve ever been in a Las Vegas home, many are a cookie cutter adobe style home. Libby has brought character to hers. Some of my favorite things about her home: the big windows, high ceilings and natural light.

I also feel excited every time we renovate our house. And it feels even better to see how it looks like after a tiring renovating project. I hope to see some renovation photos of your own home too!

I thought this was your house! =) Well, the owner did a great job of keeping the beauty of this house. And those empty picture frames are gorgeous and unique! Love it!
