Valentine’s Day is right around the corner and if you are still in need of a quick, easy, fun Valentine idea, here it is! Good thing is you will probably have most of the items around the house too…that is if you hold onto birthday party supplies like me. This is a “you burst by bubble” valentine with a balloon filled with candy and a toothpick to pop the balloon.
Supplies:
balloon
candy
twine
toothpick
free burst my bubble label
Directions: get someone to help you stuff candy into the balloon by one person stretching the balloon open and the other person stuffing. Blow up. Tie twine around. Print label. Cut out. I then used a tiny hole punch to make two holes for the toothpick. Slide the toothpick in the holes and tie the labels to the twine. Have your child sign the back of the label. Now the balloon is ready to be given away and to be POPPED!
Okay…just one last thing. We are taking these valentines to school and we are asking all the kids to wait until they get home to pop or until they go outside!
