Give a Thank You Gift to a Hostess or Friend this Year
Whether you are invited to a fabulous holiday party or you’ve had a friend be there in times of need or you’ve worked with wonderful clients on a house deal, send a gift of thanks and gratitude to them this year! Many people think that a hostess gift is only reserved for someone throwing a party, but in reality it is a gift of thanks for anyone who has provided a service to you. So, here is my gift guide for hostess gifts this year. I know I’m posting this kind of late this month, but don’t forget to send a present to those who has made a small positive differences in your life. Hostess gifts should not be anything grand or extravagant. But a general rule is under $100 and something that they may not buy on their own.

Gift Guide for Hostess
These are a few items I love–luxury candles, gourmet chocolates, pretty soaps, etc. My favorite thing to do is pair two items together or create a little gifting theme like a candle, matches and snuffer and place on a small gold tray then wrap up. I love Botaniculture body products, and love the idea of pairing their wash and lotion with a small hand towel and body brushes.
I really do love gift boxes that are pre assembled and ready to go. It’s nice to have it all packaged up pretty and easy to send a gorgeous gift. I like to send these gifts out to clients and they always love it. Harry and David have a range of food, wine and home gift set boxes. Hickory Farms is also really great and have different selections of products and still presented really pretty. If you want to send a cute succulent plant gift box, I love Lula’s Garden. Check out also Knack, which is curated gift boxes and personalized gift box, where you can pick the items to send in the box. These gift boxes make life so much easier and they do all the work!
Of course other items of hostess gifts that you can send are gift cards to their favorite restaurant, day spa or clothing store! You can never go wrong with that.
