Designer Look-for-Less Pretty Wicker Patio Furniture Set
My front porch needed a little updating. After the cold winter we had, my outdoor furniture was looking tired, stained and needed some refresh. We had an old rocking chair that companied our porch swing, but I wanted more seating outside in our front because my kids like to go out there and sit with their friends. I wanted a coastal, airy patio set that wasn’t heavy but inviting. A wicker patio furniture set would be perfect. Also, I needed it to be budget friendly. When I saw this wicker patio furniture set I knew this was the perfect set that fit my criteria. The set reminded me of the Salt Creek patio set but for less than half the cost. I’ve been eyeing that set but didn’t want to spend the small fortune. In the Northeast, our winters are so cold and even when the outdoor furniture is covered, the weather is still hard on the furniture.

We have two areas of outdoor living space on our porch. We have a small loveseat near the front door. This works great for people who are waiting to get into the house and just need a quick spot to sit and maybe put their shoes on. Then the second area is near our porch swing. This is the perfect place for a patio conversation set and serves for a great gathering spot to read a book or chat with a friend. Even though it is in the front of our house, we use it quite a bit! The coffee table is perfect with a small vase of freshly cut flowers and lemonade. The flowers are cut from my garden, and they make me so happy.

I loaded up the porch with simple but beautiful planter pots and we planted mostly white flower with lots of greenery. I wanted to make it similar to those gorgeous Southern porches, and I think the hanging flower plants accomplish that goal.
