A common question I receive is what paint color did I use to paint my house. Our house was originally a dark gray with black shutters and brown door with other brown accents. It needed a major refresh! I reached out to my designer friend @audradavisdesignstudio to discuss white paint colors and what would go best with the style of our house and she suggested Steam by Benjamin Moore. I love it so much and think it’s the best exterior white paint that looks good in all different lighting. I’ve referred the color to clients, neighbors and friends—I love it that much!
We then painted our shutters Chelsea Gray by Benjamin Moore and our front door is Athabasca by Benjamin Moore.

Was definitely dragged into Brandy Melville by my teenage daughter and it was one of those shopping trips where she has saved up her money and I’m there for moral support. But somehow I walked out with the cutest American flag sweater and Cape Cod hat. I didn’t know I needed it but it was all perfect timing. 😆 moral of the story: never underestimate a gen z shopping trip.

I love cutting fresh hydrangeas from my garden during the summer to enjoy indoors. But they can be stubborn sometimes and wilt right when I put them in a vase. So I’m sharing how I keep my hydrangeas from wilting! This is a game changer and helps keep the bloom upright and big!

When your laundry room goes from chaos to calm. 🧺 Laundry room organizing must haves! Baskets for lost socks, labeled containers for detergent, cute decor…of course! A little organization can make laundry almost enjoyable! 😅
