Are you getting ready for the holidays? I’m still in fall mode! Last year I pulled out are advent calendar, and my kids loved it. We used to do it every year when they were little and then for whatever reason, stopped bringing it out. But it made a comeback last year, and it was a hit! I put in a chocolate for each day and a quick Christmas activity to do as a family. It’s the perfect way to get festive for the holidays!
Some of the daily activities are—read a Christmas book, watch a Christmas movie, donate to the Giving Machine (which we are getting one here in CT!), write a thank you note, make Christmas cookies—so many ideas and options. I know most Halloween parties were this weekend so save this post for next year! 👻 This is perfect for serving up spooky mocktails, potions, or cocktails 🍹—grab a bar cart, add a large cauldron for the drink base, creepy labels on glass bottles for drink add-ins, and Halloween decor for that haunting vibe! 🕯️✨

Got to love Target for quick home decor items. A few of my recent seasonal finds. I also switched out my chicken for the turkey pillow when it was restocked the next day and it’s sooo cute, especially all the beading. I put an email alert on, then bought it online, pick it up with their drive up option. So easy.
