Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces Almond Milk
  • 3 tbsp Organic Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 scoop Your Favorite Protein Powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 6 drops Monk Fruit or Stevia

Equipment

  • 1 Blender

Method
 

  1. Put is all in a blender. Add a scoop of ice. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Optional items to add: Greek yogurt, agave syrup, chocolate protein powder, applesauce.
