After my long runs, I’ve been soaking my tired legs in the bath with epsom salt. I’ve been amazed at how much better my legs feel and quicker the recovery process. A little runner’s secret that I have uncovered.

Interesting. I remember my mother (Miss Service Lady all her life) would take epsom salt over to an old lady’s house to soak her feet in before giving her a pedicure.

Great advice! I need to try this after a long day of working 13 hours, me feet and legs will be so thankful.
