I’m seeing a little light at the end of the tunnel with this pandemic. I live very close to the epicenter, so we are still on full lockdown even though many other cities are opening up. I’m not going to lie, it’s been very, very hard, especially during the cold spring months. I have experienced panic attacks that I’ve never had before! Now that summer has arrived, though, tensions have settled a bit because we can now get out with the warmer weather. Many of our parks have opening up and a few of the stores, so life is slowly getting better. Good news with that is I can now switch out my jogging pants with summer dresses! And switch out sneakers with the best summer sandals. It’s like seeing old friends! I posted a line-up of the best summer dresses in this post! So many cute options.
This season’s best summer sandals still consists of wide-band flat slides, studded sandals and metallic color options. I’m loving the platform wedge sandals. Of the ones listed here, #9 is my favorite. I think I might have to actually get a pair of Birkenstocks one day. I hear they’re very comfortable, and they’re starting to grow on me.
