My Review on this Budget-Friendly Outdoor Wicker Patio Set
Let’s just face the facts–outdoor furniture is expensive! With the price tag, you’d think it would last forever or at least many, many, many years. But I have learn that by year five, the cushions need to be replaced, the wicker is coming apart and the wood is sun bleached. Yup, outdoor furniture does not last forever! That is why when I found this budget-friendly outdoor wicker patio set (similar + similar) that was under $1,000, I knew I needed to have it. The price was right and I loved the classic traditional style of the sofa.

This budget-friendly outdoor wicker set (similar) comes with a larger sofa (similar), two club chairs and a coffee table. Or you can purchase the individual pieces. The cushion are water-resistant and I have been impressed with how quickly the dry. The cushions come in different fabric colors–black, cream or the gray. The wicker frame also comes in a couple different finishes. Something to consider since I know this patio set is probably sold out online because it is so popular–If the option is available to purchase this set in purchase, you can purchase it online and then go to the store to pick it up. It is so much easier to do curb-side pick up.
Connecticut’s harsh winters don’t help on the lifetime of outdoor furniture. I’ve started to store some of my outdoor furniture in our basement during the winter months to keep them in better shape. Covering them with an outdoor cover is also highly recommended to keep the cushions in top conditions! Thankfully outdoor covers come with the budget-friendly outdoor wicker patio set.
Of course, outdoor throw pillows were needed! I love the different outdoor pillow color style options from this Amazon brand. The fringe and tassel is very nautical and coastal. These pillows come in a variety of colors, styles, shapes. I will say they are more indoor pillow covers than outdoor. Make sure to also purchase insert pillows cushions because these are just the covers. Also, make sure to buy one size larger than the cover. So for a 18″x18″ pillow cover, you will need a 20″x20″ pillow insert.
